1. Order Processing & Production

All HAREM products are made-to-order.

Once an order is received, production will begin on the next business day.

Production time:

After production is completed, the product will be transferred to our international logistics center in Shenzhen for global shipping.

HAREM works with multiple international logistics partners, including:

All shipments are handled through trusted global logistics networks.

Once the product arrives at the Shenzhen international shipping center, a tracking number will be generated and uploaded.

Customers will receive an email with tracking details once the shipment is processed.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can take time depending on carrier scanning systems.

Please note:

Tracking updates are typically updated after the package reaches the destination country and completes customs clearance.

HAREM offers two shipping methods after production is completed:

Customers choosing air shipping are responsible for the additional transportation fee.

Actual delivery time may differ from estimated time due to local logistics conditions
HAREM is a direct factory manufacturer and offers products at factory pricing, therefore customs duties or import taxes are not included in air shipping costs

Customers are responsible for any applicable local import taxes or customs fees required by their country.

All international shipments are subject to customs inspection.

Delivery progress will only be updated once the parcel has passed customs clearance in the destination country.

Customers are advised to allow additional time during customs processing periods.
